Advisory Regarding Training of Department of Streets and Sanitation Dispatch Personnel

Summary

The City of Chicago Office of Inspector General (IGO) has concluded an investigation that found that several of the Department of Streets and Sanitation (DSS) dispatch personnel operating out of the City Incident Center located at 1411 West Madison (the CIC) lack a basic proficiency in at least one of the four dispatch systems DSS uses.
