In CPD matters where one or more allegations of misconduct are sustained, the investigative agency will recommend discipline that is reasonably related to the seriousness of the offense and must take into consideration the accused officer’s complimentary and disciplinary history. The recommended discipline may be violation noted, a reprimand, suspension, or separation.
