Kevin Smith
Chief Performance Analyst
Kevin Smith joined the Office of Inspector General in 2015 as a Performance Analyst and currently serves as a Chief Performance Analyst for Audit and Program Review. Smith previously served as the Management Fellow for the City Manager’s Office in Sterling, Illinois. In this role, he led Sterling’s strategic planning process and collaborated with local stakeholders on City priorities. He is a Certified Inspector General Auditor. Smith earned a BGS in Public Administration and an MPA in City Management from the University of Kansas.
