Dominic Brooks
Dominic Brooks currently serves as a chief forensic data analyst for the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General (OIG) September 2026.
Brooks first joined OIG in 2022 as a forensic data analyst, in that role he conducted data-driven analyses to support citywide fraud and misconduct investigations and used advanced statistical models and predictive techniques to identify operational waste.
Prior to joining OIG, Brooks worked as a system development specialist and data analyst at River Valley Recycling, where he developed web application features and automated data workflows to improve customer facing operations and streamline internal processes.
Brooks earned a BS in mathematics from Olivet Nazarene University and an MS in data science from Lewis University.
