Summary

The City of Chicago Office of Inspector General (OIG) has completed a follow-up to its April 2025 audit of the Department of Human Resources’ (DHR) Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Executive Summary

Based on DHR’s responses, OIG concludes that DHR has partially implemented one corrective action, substantially implemented another, but not implemented three other corrective actions related to the audit findings.
