Eloise Markham

Eloise Markham has served as the manager of human resources for the Office of Inspector General since June 2023.

Markham first joined OIG in 2022 as a compliance officer, responsible for reviewing hiring sequences and issuing recommendations to ensure compliance with City of Chicago hiring plans. She has extensive experience in building rapport across City departments by providing guidance around City hiring policies and procedures.

Prior to joining OIG, Markham served as a vaccination compliance coordinator at Northwestern University, where she assessed student compliance with the university’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement.

Markham holds a BS in human resources from DeVry University.
