Enclosed is a Report and Recommendation detailing findings to date from an ongoing IGO investigation into straight time and 1.5 overtime payments for the years 2008, 2009, and first quarter 2010 for exempt members of the Chicago Fire Department (CFD) who are not included in the Fire Fighters Local 2 Agreement with the City of Chicago.
