In 2026, through May,* there have been a total of 377,098 911 calls dispatched for CPD service. Of these, 42,891 had Rapid Dispatch Priority. Rapid dispatch is for situations where timely public safety action has the potential to affect the outcome of an incident or is deemed necessary by CPD guidelines.

1. Select Timeframe
Select 1/1/2026 as the start date.

2. Update Chart Selection
Click on the chart selection dropdown menu and click the checkbox next to (All) to deselect All.

Click the checkbox for 2 – Rapid Dispatch and then click Apply.

3. Update Sort Order
Scroll down to the Priority vs Type of Call section and mouse over the 2 – Rapid Dispatch column heading.

Click the sort icon to display Type of Call in descending order.

Summary
Auto Accident PI is the top rapid dispatch type of call.
