Which City vendor has received the largest total approved amount across all new City contracts so far this year?

Among all City of Chicago vendors, FH Paschen SN Nielsen & Associates, one of the City’s construction vendors, has received the most total approved amount for new City contracts as of July 22, 2025, with initial agreements totaling up to $725 million for four contracts.

Follow these steps to find City contracts and vouchers.

1. Choose Contracts

Change the dashboard to focus on Contracts (not Direct Vouchers).

2. Select A Start Date

Change the date range for the dashboard to start Jan 1, 2025.

3. Update Filter Column

Change the green table column to show Agreement Stages instead of Individual Agreements.

4. Update Filter Agreement Stages

Under Filter Agreement Stages, select Initial Agreement and click Apply.

With the filters for contracts as of July 22, 2025 in place, you can see that FH Paschen, SN Nielsen, & Associates has Initial Agreements totaling up to $725 million for four contracts.
