Do You Know the Street Sweeping Schedule for Your City of Chicago Address?

Street Sweeping Season

During street sweeping season (April 1 to mid-November) the Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation uses mechanical street sweepers to remove debris and litter from streets, weather permitting.

1. Enter Your Address

Tap in the address field and enter your address field with no punctuation (e.g. 300 N Central Park Ave). Once complete, tap return.

City Services

The street sweeping schedule for your address can be found under the City Services section of the dashboard. You can also find helpful information like your garbage collection and recycling collection days.

Tapping on the City Services section will show the street sweeping schedule for the entire year.

Geographic and Public Safety Information

Using the Office of Inspector General (OIG) City Services By Address dashboard, you can also find the ward and alderperson of the address, the CPD district and beat, as well as the Community Area.
