Kathleen O’Donovan joined the Office of Inspector General in 2019 as a Performance Analyst and currently serves as a Chief Performance Analyst for Audit & Program Review. Previously, she worked for the National Immigrant Justice Center, where she provided legal services to detained immigrants and published reports which led to improved detention conditions for individuals. She is a Certified Inspector General Auditor. O’Donovan earned a BA in Anthropology, Sociology, and Spanish from Kalamazoo College and an MA in Public Policy and Public Administration from Northwestern University.
