Dana Westley joined the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General as a Performance Analyst in 2020 and currently serves as a Chief Performance Analyst for Public Safety. Previously, she served as a research and analytics analyst for YMCA of the USA, where she evaluated national youth and wellness programs, analyzing program efficacy and demographic and socioeconomic factors on health and early childhood development outcomes. She has held previous roles with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office and the Chicago Transit Authority.

Westley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Social Science from the University of Chicago.
