The Welcoming City Ordinance (WCO) requires the Chicago Police Department (CPD) to publish a quarterly report with data on its WCO compliance. See MCC § 2-173-069(a). WCO requires the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to make that report “publicly available, including through the Internet.” MCC § 2-173-069(b). The reports OIG has received from CPD are made available here. OIG did not take part in the production of these reports and has not verified the data contained in them.
