Significant Activity: City of Chicago Settlement with RedFlex

On February 03, 2017, the RedFlex Traffic Systems, Inc. and Redflex Holdings, Ltd. agreed to pay $20 million in restitution and compensatory damages to the City of Chicago. The settlement followed a years long investigation into allegations of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery in association with the City’s red-light camera program.
