On July 3, 2013, OIG sent an Advisory to Jamie Rhee, Chief Procurement Officer of the Department of Procurement Services and Commissioner Andrew Mooney of the Department of Housing and Economic Development regarding compliance with the City’s Local Hiring Ordinance.
