On October 3, 2012, President Thomas Balanoff of SEIU Local 1 wrote Inspector General Joe Ferguson a letter indicating concerns about OIG’s recent report on Savings & Revenue Options for the City of Chicago. The IG responded via letter on October 9, 2012.
