MWBE Compliance Summaries for DHED Funded Projects

While the City places minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) requirements on contracts administered by the Department of Procurement Services (DPS), it also puts these requirements on construction projects that receive support from the Department of Housing and Economic Development. This support often takes the form of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) subsidies, but also may include federal grants or the sale of City-owned land.

Compliance with the MWBE requirements for these types of projects is monitored by DHED. Below you can find summaries of MWBE participation on DHED-funded projects that ended in 2009 and 2010.

The two files below are summaries of MWBE participation on projects that received TIF funding and were completed in 2009 and 2010.
