On this page, you can find documents that were used during our Review of the Efficiency of the Job Duties of City Motor Truck Drivers (MTDs). There are two types of documents presented.
- City department responses to our questions about how departments use MTDs. These documents were useful for the purposes of the review, but also provide additional information on how City operations are organized.
- Documents that help govern the MTDs employment relationship with the City, as well as interpret provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which can be found here. Crucially, some of these documents include provisions that are not included in the CBA between the MTDs and the City, but equally bind the parties.
We hope you find these documents interesting and informative. If you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or criticisms please contact us.
